Once you select what you are looking for and payment is confirmed the next step will begin. 

We will first communicate via e-mail to get the needed information. 
Based on if you would chose a recorded session or Live Video/Zoom meeting your appointment time (or date range for receiving the file) will be setup! Refunds are allowed prior to the meeting time or before the date you will receive the recording. After you have received the recording or been part of the Zoom all sales are considered final.
